On her workout regimen:

‘I work out about three times a week, mostly strength conditioning with a trainer. When I travel, I try to get outside for a hike or a dip in the ocean. I don’t compromise extra sleep for a workout; sleep always wins. I love having a full night’s rest, it keeps me energized throughout the day.’

On her more intensive workouts ahead of the VS Fashion Show:

‘Last year I amped up the workouts leading up to the show. I probably worked out five times a week for three weeks. I don’t know if I will go that hard again! I also practice Transcendental Meditation, it helps me remain calm when life gets crazy.’

On her diet ahead of the VS Runway Show:

‘I get protein in every meal and I try to eat cleaner than usual. I’ll have Greek yogurt or eggs for breakfast, sushi for lunch, and salmon, chicken, or meet with vegetables and healthy carbs for dinner. Most of my snacks involve peanut butter of almond butter. I’m bad about eating my biggest meal at night; I know that’s not the healthiest thing to do.’
