Georgia’s Food Diary

Hi All,

I have really been lacking motivation both with health & fitness. This week im trying to eat healthy and workout for 5 days - no excuses, i will update you as i go.

I started on Monday weighing 57.8kgs - very unhappy when seeing this as when i first started my weight loss journey i finished at 53kgs. thats a 4.8kg gain!

Monday:
Breakfast - Special K / Lite Milk & Vanilla Latte (Nescafe instant)
Lunch - Veggie Stirfry with rice noodles (sauce: sweet, sour & garlic)
Dinner - Meatballs & Spaghetti (compared to usual i cut out 2 meatballs!)

I dont really get hungry between meals (i sip on water & green tea all day) and compared to what i usually eat this is healthy!, i will loose weight if i eat like this most days.
